Casual Fare Sailing Charters offer a truly unique and intimate experience with morning, lunchtime, and sunset cruises for a maximum of six passengers at one time. Operating four trips a day from the Townsville Yacht Club, experience the beautiful bay of Townsville on water.
Their yacht is a Compass Innovator, which was used as a bareboat hire in the Whitsundays. Owner, James is originally from the U.K., and has been living in Queensland for the past 10 years.
Casual Fare Sailing Charters has been operating for 8 years in Townsville and Magnetic Island and is proud to be family owned and operated.

About Your Sail
Make your own way to Townsville Yacht club for your evening sunset cruise.
Take a seat on deck and marvel at the views as you cruise out to sea, gliding along the UNESCO-listed coastline of the Great Barrier Reef.
Admire the dramatic scenery of Townsville as you head out while the sun sets over the coast.
Bring your own food and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks if you wish.

Skip the crowded sailing tours and relax on this small-group lunchtime cruise of Townsville. Sailing with a group of no more than six people means you don’t have to battle for space and views. Plus, you can save money by bringing your own food and alcoholic beverages to enjoy onboard.
Make your way to Townsville Yacht Club, in the city, at 12:30pm, ready for a 12:30pm departure.
After setting sail, we head out left or right of Townsville or Cleveland Bay, where you can enjoy views of Magnetic Island, Townsville, and Cleveland Bay. This is a relaxing sail, so just sit back, relax, and take in the sights.
This is a two-hour lunchtime cruise aboard a 33-foot sailing yacht named Casual Fare. It is a Compass Innovator crewed by an experienced skipper and a deckhand.
Bottled water is supplied. You may bring your own alcohol and food.
Return to Townsville Yacht Club at approximately 2:30pm

Make your own way to Townsville Yacht Club for 10 am sharp, please do not be late the boat will leave at 10am sharp.
A qualified skipper and deckhand take you on your two-hour morning sailing cruise. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the views.
After setting sail, we head out left or right of Townsville, where you have unbeatable views of Townsville, and Cleveland Bay. See beautiful scenery that you can’t enjoy from land.
Return to Townsville Yacht club at approximately 11:30am.
