Ladbrokes Doomben 10,000 Day

Racing shifts from Eagle Farm to Doomben Racecourse today for the second leg of Brisbane Racing Club’s 2024 The Star Stradbroke Season.

Top of the card is the $1.5 million Ladbrokes Doomben 10,000 for elite sprinters, the first of the season’s seven prestigious Group 1 races and named in the world’s Top 100 in 2023.

The day also sees the running of the Group 2 Spirit of Boom Classic and the Group 3 Rough Habit Plate, the latter a key reference for the Ladbrokes Queensland Derby held in two weeks.
