Gold Coast Beach Parade is a world record attempt for the greatest number of people in koala ear visors in a beach parade.
It is a fun event for everyone and it celebrates the Gold Coast’s famous beach lifestyle, shining a spotlight on this safe, healthy holiday destination, highlighting great community spirit, while promoting a cause that’s close to their hearts – saving endangered Koalas.
Gold Coast Beach parade is a 3-kilometre walk along the beach of beautiful Burleigh Heads.

Participation cost to enter is a donation – entry AUD30 per individual, AUD95 for a family of 4 and AUD250 for a team or group of up to 10 people.
