Citrique has partnered with The Fishgirl to showcase a deeper appreciation for the diversity and richness of our producers and farmers, offering locally sourced sustainable seafood.

Each dish on the degustation tells a story of sustainability, rarity and culinary specialty displayed by Executive Chef Paul Smart and his team of culinary experts to embrace the extraordinary flavours of the sea.

Savour the buttery richness of cobia, Fraser Isle spanner crab, Raptis banana prawns, Rocky Point grouper, wagyu and scampi, finished with JW’s signature Cherry Illusion.
