Inspired by a trip to Guadalajara, Mexico, Maya was born from a love of artisanal tequila, and a deep appreciation of the rich diversity of regional Mexican cuisine all the while championing the best produce Queensland has to offer.

Step out of the elevator and be swept away to the balmy days and nights of Mexico. You’ll be greeted with a striking, all-white palette blended with stone, marble and timber, fringed with lush greenery and desert cactus galore. Guests can enjoy different dining experiences across several key spaces – savour a cocktail in the bar as you take in the beautiful city views, relax in oversized lounges in our lush rooftop courtyard, or enjoy the vibrant flours of Mexico whilst tucked away in our intimate semi-circular booths.
