Gelatiamo Dolce is the Whitsunday’s only house made Italian Patisserie and Gelato shop, a family run business that produces authentic Italian pastries and amazing gelato flavours.

Everyday their Italian pastry chefs are hard at work making delicious pastries and cakes. Pretty morsels in beautiful colours and creatively clever designs make it almost impossible to choose just one. Don’t get them started on the gelato! Made onsite using traditional Italian flavours, fresh local ingredients their gelato will take you across the ocean to the shores of Italy, a taste you can’t get anywhere else.

Choose from a delicious selection of croissants, cannoli, gateaux, maritozzo, macarons, domed pastries, and dainty cakes. Gelatiamo Dolce also provides whole cakes suitable for special occasions, including birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, and gender reveals.
