Hotel Commonwealth is a brand new venue in Ipswich expected to open mid-2024. Ipswich City Council and Aus Hotels have partnered up to restore the old heritage listed pub that used to be known as Commonwealth Hotel and Murphy’s Town Pub.

Get ready for an unforgettable experience at Hotel Commonwealth! The modern revival of the old Ipswich railway pub will be full of rich Australian history. Coming soon to the Nicholas Street Precinct, you can expect a lavish culinary experience in The Dining Room and classic pub dining in The Bistro.
