The 1965 house has been thoughtfully curated, with attention to detail. Mid century modern furniture and artifacts from the 1960’s plus all the contemporary facilities expected of quality accommodation are on offer. (Please note: there is NO WIFI available)

A record player, vinyl collection and other 1960’s memorabilia add to the nostalgia during a sojourn at 1965.

Centrally located in the beautiful Adelaide Hills, 1965 Lobethal is an ideal location from which to explore.

The roads of the central hills region lead to premium cellar doors, fine dining, bush walking, cycling and more. Immerse yourself in picturesque agrarian landscapes, hilltop views and secret gullies. Bring a sense of adventure and be surprised.

If you would rather explore on foot, step out of the front door and wander the main street of Lobethal. This small hills village has a lovely country town feel. Locals are happy to stop for a chat and people still smile as you pass in the street.

The accommodation is spacious, consisting of two bedrooms ; a fully equipped kitchen; renovated bathroom; a ‘nook’; lounge; separate dining room & laundry.
