Each second-level room has been designed and appointed with respect to the 1830s heritage of the building, complemented by the addition of modern technology to comfort and luxury.

Following extensive and careful renovations of what historically was a fully-functioning Australian hotel, we have created a homely, elegant and serene ambience accentuated by natural materials, high ceilings and traditional features. Our bistro offers meals seven day a week, sourcing fresh local seasonal produce. Our bar areas are ideal for enjoying a glass of wine by the fire, a craft beer at the bar, or a cocktail in our lounge areas. The hotel has an alfresco area, as well as open fires inside.
