Dairyman’s Cottage : A dairy reinvented into a luxury cottage. Two queen bedrooms, each with ensuite, kitchen and spacious living. Suits one or two couples, or a family up to six persons.
The Chaff House: 1840s and formerly used to cut chaff and crush grain for our dairy cows – it can tell many stories. Now a spacious studio/apartment with kitchen, barbecue and an ensuite.
All our farm produce has a Barossa Trust Mark:
Artisan butter and cream from grass fed Jersey cows. Small batches are churned using traditional techniques to capture of full flavour of cream. Butter is golden in colour, lightly salted. Rich and pure flavour. Simple and delicious.
Heritage breed free range pigs and milk fed veal are raised for fresh meat and ham, bacon and cured and smoked meats using traditional methods.
