Located less than a 10-minute walk to the Moonta Bay beach, Maritime Views is a 2-storey holiday house with a wide range of entertaining options.

Maritime Views sleeps up to 9 people in 3 bedrooms – upstairs are 2 queen bedrooms; downstairs is a 3rd bedroom with a queen, single & bunk; plus a portacot. Quilts and pillows are provided, but guests will need to bring linen or it can be hired.

The upstairs bathroom has a bath, walk-in shower, toilet & vanity, and downstairs is another toilet.

There is heating and ceiling fans in all bedrooms and lounge room, plus portable evaporative cooling.

The lounge room is spacious with a corner lounge suite, television, and complimentary WiFi.

There is a well-equipped kitchen with a gas stove, microwave, coffee machine, large fridge/freezer, slow cooker, rice cooker & sandwich press.

The rumpus room has air-conditioning & sofa seating; with a television, DVD player, DVD’s, CD player, radio, board games & NBA Jam arcade game.

The pergola area has bench seating and a ceiling fan, with a flat plate and Weber Q barbecues.

Pets are welcome outside by prior arrangement.

Guests will love the games room with an 8-ball table, cricket set, basketball hoop, basketballs & footballs, and fishing rods.

There is off-street driveway parking for 2 cars, with boat parking in the secure yard (4-foot fence).
