Reverse cycle split system air-conditioning in hallway, ceiling fans in the twin bedroom. The lounge has air-conditioning with electric wood-look fire.

The living areas are spacious & uncluttered, with modern light furnishings throughout. The lounge room includes a large television, HDMI cable & board games.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, includes dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer & coffee machine.

Rear yard is fully fenced, with undercover entertaining area, seating & hooded gas barbecue overlooking the swimming pool.

There is off-street parking for up to 3 vehicles, room for a boat behind the fence & fish cleaning area. The boat ramp & jetty are just a short drive away.

Easy walking distance to main street, marina, coffee shops, tavern or Office Beach, all within 10 minutes.

5 minutes’ drive away is North Beach & North Beach township, with a long white beach.
