The ideal place for a wellness getaway, Island Alive is a secluded sanctuary nestled in native pine trees only 15 minutes from the Penneshaw Ferry terminal on Kangaroo Island.
Design your ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation experience with a choice of services such as guided breathwork, ice baths in nature, forest bathing and picnics or hot/cold contrast therapy in the traditional sauna. With an abundance of wildlife, marked nature walks and bordering a Conservation Park, nature provides the therapy and you choose the modalities to suit your needs.
The main living area contains a A/C for hot summer days and a roaring pot-belly for winter, open plan living area, TV and internet. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave and gas stove.
The main bathroom/shower is an old converted rainwater tank with clear perspex roof allowing views of the forest – it feels like you truly are bathing in nature!
The king bedroom has an ensuite second bathroom and serene views of the forest from your pillow. The 6 seater barrel sauna is adjacent, with an outdoor heated shower to refresh between sittings.
