Eating at the Outback Lodge is an occasion in it’s own right, curated by the Prairie’s Chef and delivered with gracious attention and renowned hospitality.
The Prairie’s signature dining includes feral, and indigenous produce amongst ‘non-feral’ options on a seasonal contemporary Australian menu served alongside the Prairie’s South Australian wine range or a cold beer brewed in the Prairie’s own onsite microbrewery.
