Pups love supervising the foot traffic on the Encounter Bay Bikeway/Walkway from the barbeque deck upstairs.

Pods of dolphins visit regularly. Follow the walkway to the Bluff lookout and Victor Harbor Heritage Trail during whale watching season. The entire upper floor is dedicated to open-plan living, with a new kitchen, books, board games, a DVD player and streamed entertainment. There’s even a cool retro bar for mixing cocktails. The bathroom, laundry and sleeping quarters are on the ground floor level, with a Queen room, a Double room, and two Singles, sleeping six in total.

Pet Let homes are immaculately presented with the unique advantage of welcoming your pets inside. Just bring a cover for the furniture and towels for yourself. Everything else is provided. There will be fresh, quality linen on the beds ready for your arrival, as well as local wine and chocolate.

There is ample off-street parking at the rear of the property (including room for a boat). A small backyard is fully enclosed with 1700mm timber fencing. The area is grassed so it is an excellent and safe play area for pups.
