Granite Domes – Entire House in Minnipa

A spacious and relaxing home nestled in the small country town of Minnipa. The house is fully equipped for both short and longer stays. Explore the iconic Pildappa Rock and the majestic Gawler Ranges National Park, a short drive north.

Children and pets can safely meander outside on the front or rear lawns. All linen is supplied. A small supply of consumables is provided to get you started. Items include laundry powder, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee and milk. A coffee pod machine is supplied with a small number of coffee pods provided. A barbecue is positioned under the rear verandah.

Enjoy the warmth of the wood fire in winter. A quantity of wood is supplied. A fireguard is stored in the laundry. Alternatively air conditioning is provided. Ceiling fans are appointed in all rooms except the single bedroom.

The carport accommodates a 4WD undercover plus a second car behind. Additional parking is available in the back yard plus there is ample street parking.

The home does not have a DVD player nor Wi-Fi. Television is delivered through VAST satellite delivering free to air programs.
