In the heart of the home located on the ground level, you will find the open plan kitchen & dining area with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors opening out to the undercover entertainment area making a seamless transition to alfresco living. The kitchen comes fully equipped with electric appliances including a stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and percolator coffee machine.

Upstairs you’ll find a ‘Parents Retreat’ offering a large master bedroom with an ensuite, and a separate lounge opening out to a beautiful deck offering stunning views of the Ocean.
