Anacotilla Springs – The Annexe

The Anacotilla Springs ‘Annexe’ is a self contained, fully accessible, two bedroom accommodation with spectacular views of the ocean, the rolling hills and a star filled night sky. It is a wing of the main house with its own carport and entrance.

The land is 53-hectares situated 80 kilometres south of Adelaide on Main South Road near Second Valley. Straddling the Anacotilla River, the property is dominated by the steep river gorge and rolling hills with spectacular views over the ocean and landscape.

Offering the opportunity for a relaxing holiday within a working cattle farm which has over half the property protected from grazing for the rejuvenation of the Anacotilla River riparian and gorge areas. This provides not only beautiful areas to sit and relax but a number of easy or more strenuous walks amongst 300-year-old River Red gums and the regenerating understory.
