ROYSTON RETREAT is a lovely 3 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 6 guests with only a short walk to the beach.

Open plan kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric oven/stove top, microwave, kettle, toaster, toastie machine, rice cooker, pura tap, slow cooker. Dining with large dining table, stereo-blue tooth, lounge with large smart TV, Blue Ray player, reverse cycle split system airconditioner.
Bathroom with vanity, shower, bath, separate w/c. Laundry with top loading washing machine, dryer, laundry trough.

Large front deck with outdoor setting, 2 seater lounge with 2 single chairs and coffee table, hooded BBQ.

Outdoor fire pit. Lawned area. Fish cleaning facility

Shed is available for guest use and includes a games area, basic kitchenette, table tennis table, dart board, lounge and seating area, second functioning bathroom/toilet.

Bed configuration – bed 1 – queen, bed 2 – double, bed 3 – 2 singles
Pillows and quilts/covers provided for all beds.
Linen and towels are provided at no charge for bedroom 1 (queen).
Linen and towels for bedroom 2 (double) and bedroom 3 (2 x single beds) can be provided at an additional cost of $30 per bed. Please note your requirements in your booking, or contact office staff and it will be added manually to your booking.
Alternatively, you can bring your own linen/towels.
