The Provincial Bed & Breakfast

The Provincial Bed & Breakfast is a stylish and cosy self-contained holiday house carefully furnished in a French provincial style.

Situated in the main street of Minlaton, The Provincial is within easy walking distance to the local shops and eateries and across the road from the retirement village. Limited breakfast provisions are supplied for guests.

The Provincial bed and breakfast has all you need for that business trip, romantic getaway or special occasion. It is located within a 15 minute drive to the picturesque seaside towns of Stansbury, Port Vincent and Port Rickaby.

With 3 bedrooms – 2 with queen beds and the third with 2 single beds, the house can sleep up to 6 guests. All linen is included.

The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher and pod coffee machine. The dining/lounge room has a large television and DVD player.

There is reverse cycle split system air conditioning and heating in bedrooms. The bathroom has a large shower.

An outdoor deck with rear ramp provides easy access to house. There is plenty of off-street parking.
