Open plan kitchen with large fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, Breville coffee machine (BYO pods), dining table, lounge with large TV , split system reverse cycle air-conditioner. Balcony with outdoor setting.
Bathroom with vanity, shower and w/c.
Views of the ocean from nearly every room!
DOWNSTAIRS:
Rumpus/2nd lounge room, TV, DVD & VCR.
Laundry with top loading washing machine and sink.
Rear deck with large hooded gas BBQ, outdoor lounge, table and chairs to enjoy the sunset!
Fish cleaning facility
Off street parking for the cars and boat.
Bed configuration – bed 1 – queen, bed 2 – queen, bed 3 – 2 x single bunk beds
Pillows and quilts are provided you will need to bring your own linen – pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.
Roller door access is not available for guests.
