SEAVIEW RETREAT is a modern 3 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 11 guests, only a short drive to the beach. Sea glimpses from the upstairs bedroom.

Open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven/stove top, microwave, kettle, toaster, Delonghi coffee pod machine (BYO pods), dining area with large table plus chairs, living area with split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, lounge, 3 chairs, stool, coffee table, smart TV, sound bar.

2nd bedroom with ensuite – vanity, walk-in shower, full size bath and w/c, reverse cycle split system air-conditioner.

3rd bedroom with reverse cycle split system air-conditioner.

Family bathroom with vanity, walk-in shower, w/c, front loading washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs there is the main bedroom with small balcony and sea glimpses, vanity and w/c, reverse cycle split system air-conditioner.

Please note there is no child gate for the stairs.

Large rear yard with fold out clotheslines, outdoor setting, BBQ, fridge/freezer.

Pillows and quilts are provided you will need to bring your own linen – pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Bed configuration – bed 1- upstairs – queen plus tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top), bed 2 – downstairs – queen, bed 3 – downstairs – 2 x single bunk beds

Sheds not for guests use.
