A stunningly elegant glass in your hand and a Spring breeze in your hair.
With wines this good, it will be hard to spit but if you need to, the grass is your spittoon!
Aphelion’s highly awarded winemaker Rob Mack is your host for this leisurely and unpretentious tasting where you can ask all the questions you have ever wanted to ask a winemaker.
No sharing either – it is exclusively for one group at a time. You will have Rob’s full attention for the duration of your tasting, usually about an hour.
Feel free to bring a picnic to enjoy after. They can sell wine by the glass for you to enjoy as you take in the view and your orders will be conveniently shipped to your door.

What to know before your arrival:
$40 tasting fee redeemable on purchase of Wine Club Membership.
Tasting is at a Blewitt Springs vineyard.
There are no toilet facilities.
Dress for the weather.
Allow 1 hour for your tasting.
Includes filtered water.
Drink well – not to excess.
In adverse weather we will reschedule.
