Food and Wine Tours
Join Paisley owners Derek and Kirsten as they demystify the winemaking and grape growing process, with tours of their stunning Eden Valley vineyard. Not only do you get to walk through the vines, you get to feed the chooks, chat to our the sheep and soak in the views with wine made from the vineyards you tour.
With a selection of three tours to select from as well as wine tasting in the kitchen, you will be able to choose your own adventure.
The Paisley Unmasked Experience focuses on the vineyard, walk through the Town Block before relaxing with views over the Barossa from the Sunset Block and a taste of our premium shiraz from the vineyard you just walked through, finish with a tasting of many of our wines and platter to finish.
Family fun can be had on the Paisley Footprints Farm and Vineyard Experience as you can hand feed and cuddle the chooks and collect the eggs. Walk through the vineyard and learn more about the grapes that make our premium wines. Finish the tour with fun feeding the sheep and a wine tasting of the Paisley range for the adults.
Wine tastings can be booked for the time poor, sit in our kitchen or on the back patio and enjoy a tasting and chat with us.

Arrive at Paisley in the picturesque Eden Valley and meet your hosts, Kirsten and Derek. Don a pair of wellies (we’re all about good bio-security practices here) before heading to feed and cuddle the chooks.
Wander through the Town Block Shiraz and perhaps help put in a few drippers or pull a few weeds. We’ll talk all about what’s happening in the vineyard and explore the difference between the Barossa Valley and Eden Valley growing conditions. Your eyes and ears will tune into the amazing local native bird life that flocks to our property.
Relax on the seated lookout on our Sunset Block which offers breath-taking views across the Barossa floor. Taste our single vineyard shiraz that comes from the vineyard you have just visited.
Visit our sheep including our miniature babydoll’s and alpaca before a visit to the wine shed with Derek. You might get your hands dirty helping to top some barrels or getting some samples. Try your hand at making the best GSM blend with Derek’s tutelage before it is time relax over a two-course home cooked lunch with the us and the opportunity to taste through the wine range.

Join Paisley owners, Kirsten and Derek, on this vineyard experience to get a deeper understanding of how we make our deliciously fashionable Shiraz, Fiano and Mataro in the Eden Valley.
Don a pair of wellies before we head out to tour our property, situated at 450m above sea level. You will wander through the vines and learn about vineyard practices and why you can’t make a great wine from bad grapes.
A stop off to feed the chooks and a cuddle if you want, before we walk through the vineyard before the chance to sit and relax with breath taking views from the Sunset Block lookout.
You will taste the single vineyard Shiraz made from our vineyard before a visit to meet and feed our sheep before we head back to the house for a tasting. Taste our premium wines from the Celtic series and our other ranges with a delicious regional platter to enjoy in the kitchen or on the back verandah.

Come and join Kirsten and Derek to see what vineyard and hobby farm life is really like. Family fun for kids to feed our animals while the adults just to indulge in premium Barossa wines.
Pull on a pair of wellies before we feed and cuddle the chooks and collect the eggs. You will then take a tour through the Town Shiraz block with your host, where kids go on a scavenger hunt in the vineyard, before heading to a seated lookout with breath taking views.
Parents enjoy a taste of the Shiraz made from the vineyard they just visited while the littlies enjoy a fruitbox. Get hands on in the paddock feeding the sheep and learning about why good fencing is important! We then head back to the kitchen for a wine tasting, while colouring and activities are available for the kids.
