Emu Bay Fishing Charters is Kangaroo Island’s premier fishing charter, based on the North Coast. They depart from Emu Bay and offer a range of charters to suit all abilities and budgets.

All are welcome, novice or experienced and all ice, bait and tackle are provided and you keep your fish at the end of the day.
Your skipper has many years of experience and local knowledge that cannot be rivalled.

Set sail aboard their fully surveyed 10-meter Alufarm vessel for a trip in luxury including an on-board toilet, indoor seating and a skipper with over 30 years knowledge fishing these rich-filled waters.
Their vessel can take up to 12 passengers and they can book in single and group bookings.

Full Day Fishing Charter

Kangaroo Island’s premier fishing charter, based on the North Coast. Charters depart from Emu Bay and offer a range of charters to suit all abilities and budgets.

Keen on fishing? This full-day charter runs for eight hours and departs from the end of the Emu Bay jetty at 7.30 am, and returns at 3.30 pm.

On this charter, you’ll target the famous King George whiting, flathead, shark, and trevally so as not to miss out on all your larger fish that live in deeper waters – nannygai, Queen snapper etc. This is a great charter for any keen angler who wants some great fish to take home and a few stories along the way.

Half Day Charter

A little stretched for time? Then this is the option for you.

This family-friendly charter takes four hours and stays a little closer to shore. Target your favourite King George whiting, flathead, and snook along with your other reef species that come along and stay in the shallower waters.

This is the best option for families who just want to get out and about, try for a few fish and have a good time.

Bubbles in the Bay

Bubbles in the Bay is a fantastic way to knock off at the end of the day and unwind with friends and family.
Take a slow cruise around Emu Bay on the North coast of Kangaroo Island, taking in the scenery, atmosphere and local wildlife.

Meet and greet at the agreed time, hop on board with your glass of bubbles and try the locally sourced (where possible) nibbles.
Sit back and relax.
