Enliven Outdoor Adventures

Designed for beginners or women wanting to improve their SUP technique and confidence, the intro to SUP lesson covers:
Adjusting your paddle and all the paddle strokes
Features of the board
Safe SUP carrying and handling
SUP safety (weather, identifying hazards, self-rescue techniques)
How to paddle on belly, knees and feet!

Optional:
The session can also include practicing safely falling off and re-mounting the board.
Learn the “Pivot Turn” if you are up for an added challenge!
Practice partner rescues and/or towing.

Cost includes: instruction and guide, hire of your Stand Up Paddle Board, leash and lifejacket, as well as a cup of herbal tea and photos of your experience!

Designed for women who have been for a SUP before, this sunrise paddle aims to provide women with a fun “group fitness” activity on the water! A great way to practice your SUPing, gain confidence on the sea, improve your paddling fitness and make friends while enjoying the sunrise!

If you’re lucky you might get to spot a long-nosed fur seal, Australian sea lion, an eagle ray or a bottle nosed dolphin!

We only operate in flat water conditions, so if the ocean isn’t suitable on the day of your tour, we will let you know before hand that we will be paddling on West Lakes.

Always wanted to learn to sail but never had the chance? Well here it is! Enliven is partnering with the Adelaide Sailing Club to bring you Women’s Learn to Sail Sessions!

This is for you if:

– You’re a gal aged 14-100
– You want to learn the basics of sailing
– You are keen for a fun day of connecting with other women outdoors!
– You like collecting memories
– You love local adventures
– You’re not afraid to get wet!

After this 3hour experience, you will leave with:
– Basic Dingy sailing knowledge and skills (sorry, they’re not super yachts!)
– New friendships with other local adventurous women!
– Feeling ENLIVENED from the outdoor exercise and potentially getting wet!

What’s included?
– Access to the dingys and all required sailing equipment (including life jackets)
– Two qualified female sailing instructors, Maddy Salter (ASC Sailing School and membership manager) and Rose O’Donnell (2021 SA sailing coach of the year).

Join our two-day, one-night kayaking experience in the incredible Coorong National Park! We will paddle by kayak to a stunning campsite and spend the evening under the stars cooking, walking, journalling, chatting and laughing, before paddling our way back the next day, spotting native birds (and hopefully seals and dolphins) as we go! Connect with other women, gain a sense of achievement, and get back to nature on this incredible 2 day adventure on the sand dunes, waterways and beaches of Ngarrindjeri Country! Witness the beauty of the world renowned bird sanctuary, where the Mighty Murray River meets the sea.

Are you wanting to get out of hibernation? To connect with like-minded women? To get out of the city and into nature in an area you can only access by boat? Join our day-trip kayaking experience in the incredible Coorong National Park! We will paddle by kayak into the stunning Coorong, and spend the day walking, journalling, learning, eating, wild-life spotting, chatting and laughing, before paddling our way back via the famous Murray Mouth. You can expect to spot some amazing animals, including emus, fur seals and so many native birds. Connect with other women, gain a sense of achievement, and get back to nature on this incredible day trip adventure on the sand dunes, waterways and beaches of Ngarrindjeri Country!
