The Pines Historic House and Garden

Historical Sites and Heritage Locations

Built in 1909, this beautifully preserved historic sandstone villa was bequeathed to the people of Loxton in 2002 by Mrs. Ella Kingdon. The homestead has been maintained in its original state and houses an untouched collection of family possessions and historical artefacts. The vast gardens are open daily to the public at no charge. Guided tours of the homestead held every Sunday.
