Established in 1937, Waikerie Gliding Club operates from one of the best gliding sites in Australia and is world-renowned for its fantastic soaring conditions. The Gliding Club offers introductory flights over spectacular scenery of the River Murray and surrounding areas. You can even have a go at flying the glider – don’t worry, it’s easy. Waikerie Gliding Club is a great place to learn to fly a glider in a safe and supported environment.

Take a launch to 2000 feet and experience the freedom of gliding. There will be sensational views of the River Murray and you can have a go at flying the glider as well. The flight will last approximately 20 minutes.
