Come and explore the Flinders Ranges by bike with Escapegoat Adventures! They specialise in small group trips to the heart of the Flinders Ranges.
Flinders Ranges by Bike is a 200 kilometre cycle adventure, which starts at Wilpena Pound, and takes in some of the most stunning areas of this amazing location. The loop, created by local land owners, takes you through private properties as well as National Park land and covers sections not normally open to the public. It links part of the Mawson Trail with an existing network of old pastoral trails on each property.
It takes four days to ride, with an average of 50 kilometres per day and a good level of fitness and mountain bike experience is recommended. You will need plenty of stamina but a reasonably fit rider should have no problems. Full vehicle support is provided by our four wheel drive.
They also visit Melrose, a stunning town in the Southern Flinders Ranges. They will explore the single-track trails of this Mecca of mountain biking to offer you another side to the riding in this stunning area of Australia.
