Come Join Adam Sellars from the Pressure Project who is a, PADI Ambassadiver, Instructor Trainer, Australian Freediving representative along with Eckart Benkinstein from Salt Sessions our resident spearing expert for this unrivalled retreat at Mount Gambier.

Come on a journey of both self exploration and discover the natural wonders that Mount Gambier has to offer, whilst also completing your PADI Freediving Certification for all levels

There are opportunities to do some spearfishing also in the open ocean and we also explore Meditation and breath work for everyday life.
