Following this is an exciting 25-minute helicopter journey, briefly stopping for ‘fly-thru’ service at The Currant Shed restaurant, where your pre-ordered lunch will be delivered directly to the helicopter. No need to stop, you will be transported to an exclusive and private location, with exceptional views of the sweeping hills, coast and stunning skylines. Here, you can relax for 90 minutes and enjoy your feast of local food and wine in complete privacy. Then its time to jump back into the helicopter and be transported back to Penny’s Hill winery.

Start your morning with a wine tasting at Penny’s Hill winery in the McLaren Vale.
Then fly along the hills to the Barossa Valley and stop for your second private wine tasting.
As you will probably be hungry by now we fly back to the Adelaide Hills wine region and stop for lunch and your third wine tasting. When you are ready, get back in the helicopter for the flight back to McLaren Vale, if you like for another tasting!

Helicopter drop off at Shottesbrooke Winery where you will be taken on a tour of the vineyard and winery. You’ll then be hosted at a private personalised tasting featuring many of the wines discussed throughout the tour. Hear about the Shottesbrooke wine making process and philosophy.

Take a short walk through the native woodlot and vineyards to the award winning ‘The Current Shed’ restaurant and indulge in a regionally inspired 3 course lunch complete with matched Shottesbrooke wines.
