With flexible private events, they can cater tasting events from as few as four people to up to fifteen! Their tasting events are offered as a fun but informative experience, with a handpicked range of luxury South Australian wines and cheeses, selected specially for your event and carefully curated from over 40 years of industry experience.
They provide a selection of luxury wines and cheeses and guests will leave with a set of recipe pairings and a souvenir wine glass, as a memento of the occasion. Their unique event style means that they can come to you, no wasted time holiday driving to different locations or need for a designated driver!

Fleurieu Food and Wine are taking on the Ritz and delivering the ultimate High Tea event for you and up to 20 friends. Enjoy a slice of the finest British tradition with their ‘Taking on the Ritz High Tea’.
You’ll receive a selection of finely cut sandwiches, freshly baked cakes and a mouth-watering range of exquisitely presented pastries and teacakes. Plus a glass of bubbles to add some extra sparkle to the occasion.
All served in your home or accommodation.

You’ll start with developing the curd and then move through to cutting and stretching the cheese. What to do with the whey and some great recipes for your homemade cheese. Their unique event style means that they can come to you with everything needed for you all to have some great hand’s on fun!
Allow three hours for demonstration and tasting. Includes cheese making supplies so you can apply your new cheese skills when you get home!

You’ll start with fermented chillies moving through to sauces, powders and recipes that use this wonderful and flexible ingredient. Feeling hungry? This session includes lunch with a perfectly paired glass of wine. Their unique event style means that they can come to you, no wasted time holiday driving to different locations or need for a designated driver!
Allow 3 hours for demonstration and lunch. Includes a souvenir wine glass for each participant.
