Owners and distillers Sam and Olivia have built Sunny Hill from the farm up, and today offer a genuine crop-to-drop experience.

With stunning views across broad acre farm land stretching all the way to the Spence Gulf, Sunny Hill Distillery is a must-do Yorke Peninsula experience.

We hand craft an extensive range of whiskey, vodka, gin and liqueurs here on site and we invite you to join us and learn the secretes of our success! Book a behind-the-scenes distillery tour with Sam, indulge in a Cheese and Cocktails experience or choose your own adventure with a self-guided tasting paddle.

We’re family friendly, with vast outdoor and lawn areas – bring a picnic and enjoy the lawn games. Sample our selection of locally produced craft beer, cider, wine and soft drink or choose from our extensive list of cocktails, all made using our own products.

Behind the Scenes Distillery Experience

Join us for a 60 minute hosted behind the scenes discovery and learn how our crop-to-drop products are hand crafted by our family here on site. This is a private experience offered by Sam (owner/distiller), where he will talk you through the secrets of our success and share his knowledge and insights with you. Smell, taste and feel the botonicals that create our spirits and explore the intricate aspects of craft distilling.

Following your tour, enjoy a hosted tasting of your choice of spirits. Total booking time is three hours, to allow for your tour, tasting and a reserved table to enjoy the views – take your time.

Cheese and Cocktails Tasting Experience

Sit back and relax, take in the views across beautiful Yorke Peninsula and enoy a two hour cocktail and cheese experience.

Let our staff guide you through our range of custom cocktails, all made with our craft spirits distilled here on site.

Try a Sea Breeze, a Pink Floyd or even the famous Fairy Floss.

Accompanying your cocktails is a generous cheese platter made with local produce, bottomless table water and expert guidance from our staff.

Two hour Cocktail & Cheese package includes four cocktails per person from our menu (one standard drink per cocktail).

Mocktail options are available; this experience is for adults only.

Self-guided Tasting Paddle

Our self-guided tours are a fantastic way to experience our range of craft spirits at your own pace.

We offer three tasting flights to suit every taste – or take the chance to try something new.

The Spirit Tasting flight includes Wheat Vodka, Pink Gin and Dry Gin and is served with ice and a choice of soda or tonic.

The Liqueur Tasting flight includes Limoncello, Coffee Liqueur and Chocolate Liqueur, all served on ice.

The Dark Spirits Tasting flight offers a choice from our extensive dark spirits range. Mix and Match Rum, Whiskey, and Brandy, all served with ice and Long Rays Dark Soda.

Allow an hour and half for your tasting; we invite you to stay on and enjoy the view.
