Add finesse to your cooking in this fresh new series. Hosted by Mandy Hall and led by chefs and artisans, sessions will share stories through food and focus on one simple skill. Bold, fresh design thrives at South Australia’s JamFactory studios. Ceramics are a feature, with many beautiful pieces destined for local restaurants. Now comes a chance to see a JamFactory expert at work. Shape clay and learn about its transformation to a finished piece.

Guests will use the Japanese kurinuki technique to form a unique vessel, and will be contacted to collect their piece from JamFactory in Morphett Street after its firing.
