In the first hour, awaken your senses exploring the “aroma wheel” and mapping your individual aroma sensitivity profile for wine tasting. Using your newly awakened senses, then explore the flavours, tastes and textures of a selection of white, red and fortified wines, and learn how to discuss these wines like a winemaker.
