Terroir in the Vineyard

Following the success of the inaugural Terroir in the Vineyard last year, the 2024 event will build on the story of the earth beneath the vines. The lunch event is capped at 30 attendees, ensuring an exclusive experience.
The event will begin with a leisurely walking tour led by David Travers, guiding guests through the first two Bourke & Travers vineyards, where starters/entrées will be paired with Bourke & Travers wines.
The journey will then continue to the marquee at the third vineyard, where main course and dessert will be served, alongside a selection of additional wines.
The event promises to be a journey of discovery, offering insights into Bourke & Travers’ vineyard management practices and the role the farm’s terroir plays in the creation of Bourke & Travers wines. Guests will be treated to a menu created by Dan Moss, from Terroir Auburn, designed to complement both the setting and the wines.
