Dust off your boots and get ready to bootscoot the weekend away. Hill River Clare Estate is throwing a shindig for the memory books to help celebrate 40 fantastic years of the Clare Valley Gourmet.

What better place for a country infusion to gourmet than over the Hill, where the Jaeschke family brings farming to vine.

It will be hard not to boogie the day away with entertainment from Australia’s best Country and Western Bushband, Swamp Dawkins. Guaranteed good times.

Welcoming back to the lawn is Yorke Peninsula superstar Tim from Chunky Boys Kitchen. What goes with a bit of line dancing and country tunes? Low n slow Americana style. Mouth-watering good times.
