Come and explore the wonderful world of Watervale riesling at the iconic Watervale Hotel. Kirrihill winemaker, Alexandra Wardlaw, hosts a tasting and discussion, sharing how riesling has evolved over the years and her love of all things Clare Valley. Watervale, at the heart of the Clare Valley, produces one of the most delicate styles of Riesling. Think lime, honeysuckle, white florals, and fresh citrus balanced by fine acidity.

The event features a selection of Kirrihill’s flagship riesling from their Watervale estate, a sneak peek at their vintage 2024 wines and individual cheese plates to match.

These are accompanied by a guided tasting, aimed at starting some entertaining conversation about the wines, the place where they grow, the way they taste and feel and how best to enjoy them, with or without food.
