Winters Solstice brings us the shortest days of the year, perfect for a warm winter jacket whilst enjoying delicious dark craft beers. Join us at Hedonbar Brewing Company for a celebration of the season’s richest and most comforting brews.

In addition to our beloved Dark Brown Ale and Dunkelweizen, we’re thrilled to release three new limited-release dark ales, specially crafted to capture the essence of the winter solstice:

1) Mid Winter Ale: This robust, malty ale has been brewed to be a true winter warmer. Think Christmas in a glass!

2) Stout: Indulge in the bold, roasty flavours of our classic Stout, now with an even darker and more complex character. This slightly tweaked version promises to be a luxurious treat for the palate, perfect for the winter months.

3) Chili Chocolate Stout: Experience an exhilarating fusion of flavours with our Chilli Chocolate Stout. Infused with the decadent richness of chocolate and a subtle kick of hot chili. This one is sure to heat you up.
