On arrival guests will take part in a wine blending experience with Mallee Estate assistant winemaker Erica Dodd, delving into the art and science that shape memorable wine. Next is a long lunch with celebrated family matriarch Eleni Markeas. Expect life stories and, if you’re lucky, at least one inappropriate joke.

The menu is set to be Eleni’s authentic homemade katsarola served family-style, with the main dish subject to change depending on what Eleni chooses to cook!

Inclusions include a two-course lunch with paired glass of wine, and a wine blending experience.
