Working with local suppliers that align with Aurora’s ethos of quality produce, locality and supportive work practices is key to our vision.

Aurora is part of ILA, Adelaide’s centre of Immersive Light and Art. ILA is an independent creative project, not-for-profit organisation and registered charity that creates opportunities for artists through your support of our hospitality and events. All profits generated through your dining are reinvested back to support ILA’s mission.
