Kirrihill Wines

Kirrihill specialises in beautifully aromatic Riesling, soft and velvety Shiraz, lush and powerful, yet elegant Cabernet Sauvignon from South Australia’s Clare Valley. Not to forget small parcels of dark and brooding Malbec plus robust and spicy Mataro from their Schobers Vineyard in Auburn, also in the Clare Valley.

Grapes for their Small Batch range are sourced from McLaren Vale and the Mount Lofty Ranges. These wines include soft and juicy Nero d’Avola and structured, savoury Montepulciano, giving the Kirrihill winemakers a chance to dabble in something different to the classic Clare Valley varieties.

Whether enjoying with a charcuterie board, backyard BBQ, seafood on the deck or catching up with friends for dinner, Kirrihill’s delicious wines will match the occasion.

Kirrihill doesn’t have a cellar door at present, so they have designed a luxury winery experience to cater for the true wine enthusiast.

Enjoy a vertical Riesling tasting to experience the aromas and tastes of young Riesling as well as how beautifully Riesling matures and develops with bottle age. You will also enjoy a selection of their award-winning Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon.

The experience is available via prior booking. Hosted by the winemakers (vintage permitting) and includes a tour through the operational winery, a unique experience!
