El Estanco

Restaurant and Cafe

New venue open.

After months of hints and sneak peeks, one of the Barossa’s most loved food and wine offerings has unveiled its spectacular new premises.

El Estanco owners and chefs Abby Osborne and Julian Velasquez have spent the past nine months renovating a 1890’s property opposite their current restaurant, and are excited to open the new, multi-purpose El Estanco in September.

Located in the hamlet of Greenock in the north-west of the Barossa, El Estanco has quickly become a favourite among both locals and visitors after opening in 2016. Specialising in wholesome and seasonal food with a South American flair, El Estanco has a strong focus on ethically sourced, environmentally sustainable dishes and practices.

While El Estanco continues to evolve, the values remain the same – it’s about bringing people together to celebrate and enjoy exceptional local food with a bottle of vino on the table.
