Flinders Gin – Distillery

Flinders Gin is a family-run, hyperlocal distillery based in Quorn, the gateway to South Australia’s stunning Flinders Ranges.

Alby Trotta, the Master Distiller makes his own spirit, triple distills it with a curated selection of botanicals, then hand-pours every bottle. That way, tradition is followed, and quality is assured.

The pristine flavours of the Flinders Ranges are found in locally sourced native botanicals which are the heroes of this brand.

The distillery, based in the family’s home, 1890s stables, is open by appointment only for small groups of up to eight people at a time, with tastings, cellar door sales and discussion with the distiller all a part of this experience.
