Kangaroo Island Spirits (KIS) is South Australia’s first boutique distillery and was established in 2006. KIS partners Jon and Sarah Lark produce a range of high quality liqueurs and spirits, with an emphasis on using local and native ingredients.
While Gin is our passion, the range now includes eight liqueurs, four Vodkas and five premium Gins. All the products are handmade in small batches using hand crafted copper pot stills. Our products have received international awards in London, New York, San Francisco and Hong Kong. Products are available online and in discerning local restaurants and outlets. Visit the cellar door Wednesday to Monday, 11am to 5:30pm (open seven days during public/ SA school holidays) or by appointment outside these times. Small groups and special events catered for with prior arrangement.
