Sticky Fingers at Woodstock

Nestled amongst towering gums in a pristine corner of McLaren Vale, Woodstock Wine Estate has been home to the Collett family for three generations.

Family-owned and operated, the team at Woodstock have been committed to capturing the essence of McLaren Vale since 1973. Our property is home to some of the region’s oldest vines, including Shiraz plantings which date back to the early 1900s.

Offered in our cellar door at Woodstock, Sticky Fingers is a collaboration with Haigh’s Chocolates that marries four special fortified wines from Woodstock Wine’s family cellar with four specially selected Haigh’s chocolates.

Woodstock has a proud tradition of after-dinner wines which spans over 70 years, which all began with our founder, Doug Collett. Three generations on and we’re still making, blending and caretaking these delicious fortified wines – some of which are over 50 years old. They tell a historic tale.

Before table wine, Australian winemakers were dedicated to the production of world-class fortified wines. We want to bring back the celebration of this craft and share some of our cellar treasures.
