Old Mill Park is a large family home, recently renovated (2023) but maintaining the 70s vibe of its past.
Providing comfortable accommodation, this well appointed home can accommodate 18 guests. Old Mill Park has a full-sized kitchen including; dishwasher, fridges, microwave, electric stove and cook top, electric frypan, slow cooker, wok and more. All cutlery, crockery, saucepans and cooking utensils are provided. Reverse-cycle split systems (heating and cooling) provides that extra touch of comfort for your stay.
The house has a large kitchen, dining table, large living area, lounge room, six bedrooms, two bathrooms, a shower room, three toilets, laundry and room for four to six cars in the driveway. Two separate lounge rooms, both with television, DVD player and Chromecast.
A great outdoor area with a weber barbeque allows for relaxed al fresco evenings.
The laundry has a washing machine, drier, iron and ironing board.
This property is ‘Pet Friendly’, however it is not fully fenced. There is an area on the front deck that has a gate.
All beds are supplied with bed linen, doonas and doona covers. Towels, face washers and bath mats. Electric blankets on double and queen beds and every bedroom has a wall heater and fan.
Please note the trundle beds do not have any linen or towels provided. Guests must supply their own. There are three single trundles.
