Hopetoun Cottage

Hopetoun Cottage is a brand new build of the entire inside of the house. It was gutted to just the beams inside and rebuilt so is now a stylish and modern take on Ballarats famous cottages.

Park under the carport and enter via the door just near it. Step up two steps and be under the bullnosed verandah where you will see a glass door. Entering here is right in the loungeroom, as you step in you can also see the kitchen and the door to the laundry.

There is a six seater modular lounge to watch television on and beside that is a little outdoor glass table and two chairs. As you walk towards the kitchen you will see the dining table with four chairs to the left and two bar stools at the kitchen bench to seat six people all up. There is a high chair provided all of the time here too.

To the right is the hallway and as you walk down on the first left hand side is the toilet and main bathroom.
The second door on the left is the main bedroom with a queen bed, walk in wardrobe and ensuite with a large shower, toilet and sink.

The first room on the left down the hallway has two single beds and a built in wardrobe.
