Downstairs contains two bedrooms; between the two rooms you will find the laundry complete with a front loader washing machine and clothes dryer. Next door is the first bathroom containing a shower and toilet. The main feature of the bottom floor being the large lounge and entertainment area, the perfect spot for the kids or to kick your feet up and relax in your private beachside oasis.

Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with a stunning walk-in robe and ensuite.

The open planned living area and kitchen creates a lively and communal area that opens up to two furnished outdoor decking areas to soak up the sunshine and enjoy the ocean air with dinner or a drink or two.
