Only a short walk to shops and restaurants, yet far enough from the action to enjoy privacy in the backyard.
Downstairs features two bedrooms with ceiling fans, a master bedroom with wall-mounted television and a walk-in robe leading to the semi-ensuite. Upstairs, an open plan living/kitchen area includes a reverse cycle, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, gas cooking, and pod coffee machine. The third bedroom is located off the lounge, with a ceiling fan and bathroom adjacent to the dining area. It comfortably sleeps six guests, making it ideal for a getaway with friends or family.
Laundry facilities, including a front-loading washing machine and clothes dryer, are conveniently located downstairs with ensuite access. Two outdoor verandahs face north and south, providing options to enjoy the sun or a cool breeze.
Bringing a small boat or jetski? No problem! This property offers an approximate 2.4 metres wide side gate, allowing you to park the trailer on the grassed backyard area. The backyard is thoughtfully designed with a cozy seating area, a fire pit, shade cloths over the grass, an outdoor shower, and a picnic table to enhance your beach experience.
